About the Contest
That is why I decided to organize this travel photography contest. My goal is to bring together stories from people who love discovering the world, noticing beauty around them, and capturing it through their lens.
I invite you to share your best travel photographs. Show the world as you saw it. Perhaps your image will inspire someone to embark on a great journey of their own.

Who can participate?
Anyone residing in Latvia, Lithuania, or Estonia may participate.

What are the contest categories? How many photographs can be submitted?
Portrait, Aerial Photography, Iconic Places, and Details & Texture. You may submit up to three photographs in each category.

How much does it cost to participate?
Participation is free of charge.

What is the schedule?
Submission period opens: June 30, 2026
Submission deadline: October 15, 2026
Contest results announced: November 15, 2026 -
How can photographs be submitted?
Please upload your photographs in maximum resolution to a file-sharing service, preferably Failiem.lv, and send us a link where the files can be downloaded.
Format: JPG
Watermarks are not allowed. -
How will the photographs be judged?
The photographs will be evaluated by a jury of professional photographers. The primary criteria are the expressive and artistic value of the image, followed by technical quality. Retouching and color correction are permitted. The use of artificial intelligence is NOT permitted.

What about copyright?
All copyrights remain fully with the photographers. The contest organizers reserve the right to use submitted photographs solely for purposes related to the contest, including publication on the contest website, production of a contest calendar, and similar promotional materials.

What is the prize fund?
The total prize fund is €1,200. The prize fund will be distributed equally among the winners in each category in the form of gift cards. Additional prizes will be provided by the contest sponsors. One participant may win prizes in multiple categories.
